From time to time, the New Ulm Community Market and Cooperative has access to limited amounts of a specific product. When we do, we take reservations for orders.

The New Ulm Community Co-op is excited to be offering our members delicious wild Sockeye Salmon!
Rogotzke Fish Company of Sleepy Eye, MN fishes the crystal clean waters of Alaska to bring us beautiful, healthy, wild-caught Sockeye salmon from their 2016 fishing season. We’ve been given the opportunity to pass this offer on to you, our members!
- Vacuum-sealed and frozen
- Choose your preferred cuts, either fillet or single piece
- $10.25/lb for fillets and $10.75/lb for pieces
- Fillets average 1.6 lbs. Single pieces average .5 lbs
- To reserve your order (or if just interested) send us an email by Monday, April 3
- Available for delivery or pick-up the first week in April
- We will contact you with delivery or pick-up option
- No prepayment required. Pay upon delivery
